The International Speculator, in its Sept. 21, 2016, issue, says buy Atac Resources Ltd. at 52 cents. This is the newsletter's second time around with the Yukon explorer. The Speculator said buy in January, 2004, at 34 cents, and again in August, 2004, at 20.5 cents. It then said sell in April, 2005, at 17 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each buy, selling the $2,000 position at 17 cents yielded a loss of $711. Much later, the Speculator said buy seven more times, between Dec. 1, 2011, and April 22, 2015, at prices ranging from 59 cents to $3.39. Assuming another investment of $1,000 for each of the seven buys, the $7,000 holding is worth $3,605. The buy comes without commentary. Fellow newsletter writer Brien Lundin also likes Atac. He said buy four times between August, 2013, and August, 2016, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.23, in his Gold Newsletter.
