The International Speculator, in its April 22, 2015, issue, says buy Atac Resources Ltd. at 50 cents, officially, "Buy first tranche." The newsletter said buy in January, 2004, at 34 cents, and again in September, 2004, at 20.5 cents. It then said sell in April, 2005, at 17 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each buy, selling the $2,000 position at 17 cents yielded a loss of $711. Much later, the Speculator said buy six more times, between Dec. 1, 2011, and Aug. 6, 2014, at prices ranging from 59 cents to $3.39. Assuming another investment of $1,000 for each of the six buys, the $6,000 holding is worth $2,476. The writer says Atac has announced its exploration plans; the company's focus is the multizone Rackla gold project in central Yukon. He considers the results to date excellent, and the shares "remain on sale." He calls Atac a "bottom fishing opportunity." Fellow newsletter writer Brien Lundin also likes Atac. He said buy three times between August, 2013, and November, 2014, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.23, in his Gold Newsletter.
