Brien Lundin, in the July, 2014, edition of the Gold Newsletter, refreshes his buy of Atac Resources Ltd., recently $1.29. Mr. Lundin said buy Atac in August, 2013, at $1.14, and again in May, 2014, at $1.23. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the two buys, the $2,000 position is now worth $2,180. Mr. Lundin reminds his readers that he added Atac to his buy list last summer because of the large land package it holds in a highly prospective gold region in the Yukon. He says the company's 1,700-square-kilometre Rackla project in the Yukon already hosts a modest gold resource on the west side of the property and on the east side there is Carlin-style gold mineralization along the Nadaleen trend. The newsletter editor says the Carlin trend is a hugely prolific gold district in Nevada that is home to numerous elephant-sized deposits, and the Nadaleen trend appears to host the only known example of Carlin-style mineralization in North America outside of Nevada. In mid-June, the company started a phase I drilling program on the Nadaleen trend, focusing on the Osiris and Anubis targets. Mr. Lundin says he expects the drilling program will yield impressive results and the stock will probably get a bump from upcoming news flow.
