The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the following warrants.

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of an aggregate of 3,200,890 shares and 1,600,445 warrants, which was accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange effective June 7, 2017.
