ARCO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RESIGNATIONS OF DIRECTORS AND APPOINTMENT OF CFO

Ben Whiting and Tim Fernback have resigned from Arco Resources Corp.'s board of directors. The company would like to thank both directors for their time and effort spent with Arco.

Additionally, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Teresa Rzepczyk as interim chief financial officer. Ms. Rzepczyk brings over 10 years of junior resource company experience in accounting and finance to the company. She replaces Simon Anderson as chief financial officer, who has resigned to pursue other interests.

The board of directors also wishes to thank Mr. Anderson for his time with the company.
