Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders Dec. 18, 2012, Arco Resources Corp. has consolidated its capital 1:10. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, the common shares of Arco Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
