RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICER/DIRECTOR

Phil Skinder, an officer and director of Armada Mercantile Ltd., has resigned from his position as of July 12, 2018. Mr. Skinder held his position since March 10, 2008, and the company sincerely thanks him for his fine service as an officer and director during those years.

Michelle Cole has agreed to join and has been appointed by company resolution to fit into Mr. Skinder's position, subject to the approval of the Canadian Stock Exchange.
