AREV ANNOUNCES SCALING UP THE COMMERCIALIZATION FO THE BARE TOPICALS LINE

Arev Brands International Ltd. has started to scale up the manufacturing and commercialization of the newly acquired Bare Topicals line of therapeutic and pain relief products.

The brand comprises:

• Bliss -- love oil;
• Heat -- arthritis pain relief stick;
• Lifted -- lip balm;
• Magik -- pain relief and healing stick;
• Protect -- hand and body lotion;
• Recover -- pain relief cream;
• Releaf -- pain relief spray;
• Release -- massage oil;
• Soothe -- eczema and problematic skin treatment.

The company will be using the same proven award-winning formulations that will now include hemp root extracts. Hemp root extract has been proven to help with anti-inflammatory action, joint pain reduction, soothing muscle pain and spasm, promoting healing of burns, alleviating symptoms of gout, decreasing the discomfort of rheumatism, and has anti-bacterial properties.

The use of hemp root extracts enables the Bare brand to be sold and shipped anywhere in the world, bringing near-term revenue to Arev. In addition to the hemp root extract, another improvement is a new base that hydrates the skin better, leaving it silky smooth.

The company would like to announce that effective immediately, Nils Rehmann has resigned as a director of the company due to time constraints. The company would like to thank Mr. Rehmann and wish him well in his future endeavours.
