AREV BRANDS INTERNATIONAL LTD. ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH UFC ATHLETE PATRICK COTE AS BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR COCO-MULSION PRODUCTS AND ITS UPCOMING LINE OF CBD BASED SPORT NUTRITION PRODUCTS

Arev Brands International Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Patrick Cote, one of the top mixed martial arts (MMA) athletes coming from Canada.

Mr. Cote served in the Canadian military from 1999 to 2004. He made his professional debut in MMA in November, 2002. He is the former MFC middleweight champion, TKO middleweight champion and TKO light heavyweight champion. Mr. Cote made his UFC debut in 2004 at UFC 50 against Tito Ortiz. In 2008, he fought for the UFC middleweight championship against Anderson Silva at UFC 90, losing in the third round, withdrawing due to an injury. He retired from the sport in 2017 after a successful career of 15 years. He now owns and operates his own multipurpose gym in Montreal, is an agent for coming MMA fighters and is also the French-language colour commentator for all UFC events.

Arev is proud to add Mr. Morrisson to the team and is confident in his ability to develop the regions of Quebec and Ontario, which will increase the company's presence in Quebec and Ontario.

The company, effective immediately, has issued 1.4 million stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company at a price of 40 cents for a period of five years from the issuance date. These options will vest immediately.
