ARMADA ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANTS

Armada Data Corp. has granted an aggregate of 1.2 million options to purchase common shares of the company exercisable at a price of 11 cents per share for a period of two years to certain directors and consultants of the company, in accordance with the terms of the company's stock option plan. The options are subject to a vesting period released one-third every six months beginning on the date that is six months from the date of grant.
