ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC ANNOUNCES DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS IN COMPANY

Anglo Pacific Group PLC has received notification of the following transactions by William Michael Blyth, non-executive director of the company, on April 6, 2018.

Mr. Blyth consolidated his shareholding in the company which resulted in a sale and purchase of shares on the open market. Mr. Blyth acquired an additional 1,660 shares as part of this overall transaction.

On April 6, 2018, Mr. Blyth sold 13,540 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at a price of 151.5 pence and acquired 15,200 shares at a price of 151.8 pence per share.

The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Blyth is 139,250 shares, representing 0.08 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.

This notification is intended to satisfy the company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
