ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC: DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

Anglo Pacific Group PLC received notification on Aug. 18, 2016, of the following transaction by Patrick Meier, non-executive director of the company.

On Aug. 9, 2016, Mr. Meier's dividend was reinvested during a close period, due to a standing instruction with Mr. Meier's broker rather than any instruction given during the close period. Mr. Meier consequently acquired 1,137 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at a price of 94 pence per share. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Meier and persons closely associated with Mr. Meier is now 157,318 shares, representing 0.09 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
