ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC DIRECTORS' & PDMR'S SHARE DEALINGS

Anglo Pacific Group PLC received notification on Nov. 26, 2015, of the following transactions by connected persons of Julian Treger, chief executive officer, and Michael Blyth, chairman, and by Kevin Flynn, chief financial officer and company secretary of the company.

On Nov. 26, 2015, Mr. Treger acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company via his pension fund, at a price of 0.635 British pound per share. Furthermore, on Nov. 26, 2015, Carolyn Blyth, Mr. Blyth's spouse, bought 10,000 shares at a price of 0.65 British pound per share and Mr. Flynn bought 7,500 shares at a price of 0.65 British pound per share. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Treger and his connected persons is now 5,496,454 shares, representing 3.23 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company. The total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Blyth and his connected persons is now 104,822 shares and the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Flynn and his connected persons is 17,418 shares, representing 0.06 per cent and 0.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company, respectively.
