ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Anglo Pacific Group PLC received notification on Aug. 27, 2015, of the following transaction by Patrick Meier, a non-executive director of the company.

On Aug. 27, 2015, Mr. Meier acquired 17,200 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at a price 85 pence per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Meier and his connected persons is now 92,200 shares, representing 0.05 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.

This notification is intended to satisfy the company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
