PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR

Further to the announcement on Aug. 26, 2015, by Anglo Pacific Group PLC that it had proposed to transfer the company's listing category from a premium listing as a commercial company on the official list to a standard listing on the official list under Rule 5.4A of the Listing Rules, the United Kingdom Listing Authority has approved a circular in relation to the proposed transfer.
