ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

Anglo Pacific Group PLC received notification on June 10, 2015, of the following transaction by connected persons of Julian Treger, chief executive officer of the company.

On June 10, 2015, Mr. Treger acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company via his pension fund, at a price of 0.944 British pound per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Treger and his connected persons is now 5,466,454 shares, representing 3.21 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
