ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC: INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

Anglo Pacific Group PLC has issued the following interim management statement for the period Jan. 1, 2014, to May 13, 2015. Unless otherwise stated, all unaudited financial information is for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

Highlights:

• Anglo Pacific made significant progress in delivering on its stated strategy in the first quarter.
• The company acquired the Narrabri royalty for $65.0-million (U.S.), along with completing an associated, successful equity raise and obtaining a new $30.0-million (U.S.) revolving credit facility.
• The company earned maiden royalty revenue for Narrabri and Maracas during first-quarter 2015.
• Royalty income was 2.3 million pounds sterling in first-quarter 2015 (fourth-quarter 2014: 500,000 pounds sterling, fiscal-year 2014: 3.5 million pounds sterling).
• The company generated 1.7 million pounds sterling in cash from disposal of non-core assets.
• The company appointed Patrick Meier as independent non-executive director effective April 30, 2015.
