AMERICAN MANGANESE INC. ENTERS NDA WITH U.S. GOVERNMENT'S
AMES LABORATORY ON LITHIUM ION BATTERY RECYCLING
American Manganese Inc.
has entered into a non-disclosure
agreement with the Critical Materials Institute, operated by the Ames Laboratory, a
United States Department of Energy national laboratory.
The agreement allows both parties to exchange certain confidential and proprietary
information with each other for the sole purpose of evaluating a possible business transaction
and possible research agreements in the area of manganese and recycled lithium-ion
batteries.
American Manganese currently holds patents in the United States, China and South Africa for its
proprietary process to recover high-purity manganese metals from low-grade resources.
