ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

American Manganese Inc. has released the results of its 2014 annual general meeting. At the meeting all ordinary resolutions placed before the meeting were passed. Shareholders re-elected Larry W. Reaugh, Andris Kikauka, Michael Macleod, Edward Skoda and Jan Eigenhuis, and elected Norm Tribe as directors of the company for the ensuing year.

MNP LLP, chartered accountants, was appointed as auditor of the company.
