The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a purchase agreement dated Aug. 23, 2016, between the company and Bishopgate Exploration Ltd. (Tim Tuba), whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in and to the Cross Lake lithium mining licence No. 1050A, which is located in the Cross Lake area of Manitoba. Consideration is $10,000 and 500,000 common shares.

Robert Weicker will receive a finder's fee of $4,500.
