The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue one million shares at 10 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $100,000.

Number of creditors:  three creditors

Insiders:  England Communication Ltd. (Michael England), $20,000 owing, 200,000 shares at 10 cents

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
