ALIX ANNOUNCES FINANCING AMENDMENT

Further to the news release of April 17, 2015, Alix Resources Corp. has extended the closing of its non-brokered private placement of 15 million units at a price of five cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000 to June 29, 2015. The warrant price has been reduced to six cents from the eight cents initially announced. Each unit will be composed of one common share and one share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of six cents per share for a period of 60 months. Proceeds will be used for general working capital.

This financing is the first financing since the company restructured. Maximum finders' fees will be paid to applicable finders. The private placement amendment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
