The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants of Alix Resources Corp.:

Private placement:

Number of warrants:  2,975,016

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 31, 2014

New expiry date of warrants:  July 31, 2015

Exercise price of warrants:  six cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a temporary relief measure private placement of 5,950,033 shares with 2,975,016 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 30, 2013.
