The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Feb. 26, 2014, between Alix Resources Corp. and James Garnet Clark whereby the company has been granted an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Halt claims that are located in the Sheslay Valley region of British Columbia. The total consideration is $200,000 and two million common shares that are payable over a three-year period. The agreement is subject to a net smelter return royalty of 1 per cent payable to the vendor which the company may buy back for $1-million, subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
