ALTUS GROUP TO HOLD ITS ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON APRIL 24, 2017 AND ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 4, 2017

Altus Group Ltd. will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders on Monday, April 24, 2017, in Toronto. The meeting and a live webcast are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET. The company values shareholder participation and encourages shareholders to access the information and to vote by no later than Thursday, April 20, 2017, at 10 a.m. ET.

The company also announced that it plans to release its first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2017, after market close on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
