ALTUS GROUP TO HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON APRIL 27, 2015 AND ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 7, 2015

Altus Group Ltd. will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Monday, April 27, 2015, in Toronto, with the meeting and a live webcast scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (ET). The company values shareholder participation, and encourages shareholders to access the information and to vote by no later than Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 10 a.m. (ET).

The company also announced that it plans to release its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015, after market close on Thursday, May 7, 2015.
