ALTUS GROUP WELCOMES JANET GRAHAM TO BOARD OF DIRECTOR

Altus Group Ltd. has appointed Janet E. Graham to its board of directors.

Ms. Graham is an experienced corporate director, author and speaker. She has been a managing director of IQ Alliance Inc., a real estate advisory services firm, since August, 2002. Prior to joining IQ, Ms. Graham was an independent consultant for a number of years, delivering real-estate-related financial advisory services to major corporate clients. Prior to March, 1996, Ms. Graham held senior positions at CIBC and CIBC World Markets for 15 years, specializing in corporate finance and corporate lending to real estate and other companies. Ms. Graham currently serves on the boards of two publicly traded Canadian companies, Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust and Leisureworld Senior Care Corp., and chairs their respective audit committees. She is also a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corp., a corporation without share capital dedicated to the revitalization of Toronto's waterfront. Ms. Graham holds a BASc from University of Guelph, an MBA from York University and a CPA, CA, designation.

The appointment of Ms. Graham to the board brings the number of directors to nine, eight of which are independent.
