Altus Group Ltd. will delist its 5.75-per-cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on Monday, July 28, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the company will redeem the debentures for $1,004.25 per principal amount of $1,000.

Holders can convert their debentures into Altus shares at $18.60 per share at any time before 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, July 25, 2014. This represents 53.7634 shares per principal amount of $1,000.

The TSX reports all trades in the debentures completed on July 23, 2014, will be for two-day special settlement on July 25, 2014. All trades completed on July 24, 2014, will settle on the next day in cash. All trades completed on July 25, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash. The TSX will halt trading in the debentures at the open on July 28, 2014.
