ALTUS GROUP TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 7, 2014 AND HOLD ITS ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON APRIL 28, 2014

Altus Group Ltd. plans to release its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2014, after market close on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Robert Courteau, chief executive officer, and Angelo Bartolini, chief financial officer of Altus Group, will host a live conference call and webcast at 5 p.m. Eastern Time the same day to review the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, and discuss corporate developments for the period.

The company also announced that it will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders on Monday, April 28, 2014, in Toronto, with proceedings and a live webcast scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET.
