Ag Growth International Inc. will list 967,000 subscription receipts on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, according to the TSX. As in its Nov. 24, 2014, short form prospectus, Ag Growth plans to sell 967,000 subscription receipts at $46.55 each, raising $45,013,850. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 145,050 more subscription receipts at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering.

Ag Growth will exchange each subscription receipt for a share for no further consideration on closing of its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Vicwest Inc.'s Westeel division (see Ag Growth news release of Nov. 11, 2014). The subscription receipts will trade under symbol AFN.R and Cusip No. 001181 12 2.
