ARCH BIOPARTNERS GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Arch Biopartners Inc. has granted 1.2 million incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants pursuant to its 2014 stock option plan. Each stock option is exercisable into a common share of the company for a period of five years. Nine hundred thousand options are exercisable at 30 cents per share, 100,000 are exercisable at 40 cents per share and 200,000 are exercisable at 50 cents per share.
