ABSOLUTE REPORTS VOTING RESULTS OF ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Absolute Software Corp.'s shareholders elected each of the six nominees listed in the attached table, and described further in the company's management information circular dated Nov. 13, 2018, as directors at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 13, 2018. Each of these directors is expected to hold office until the end of the company's next annual meeting of shareholders.

The detailed results of the voting for each nominee are in the attached table.
