ABRAPLATA ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

Abraplata Resource Corp. has granted a total of 1.5 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The stock options have an exercise price of 17 cents per share and are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant. The stock options vest 25 per cent immediately, 25 per cent after six months, 25 per cent after 12 months and 25 per cent after 18 months.
