Just days after U.S. authorities arrested Vancouver resident Gregg Mulholland on fraud charges, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed court documents seeking a writ of garnishment over his $4.85-million (Canadian) West Vancouver home. The SEC claims that he has not paid a $2.4-million fine from 2011. (All figures are in U.S. dollars.) He received that sanction for his role in the 2008 pump-and-dump of Rudy Nutrition.

The writ, filed on Thursday, June 25, in the District of Nevada, provides the details of Mr. Mulholland's unpaid fine and seeks appropriate court orders over two properties in which he has an interest. Those properties include his 6,295-square-foot home at 3630 Mathers Ave. in West Vancouver. According to real estate advertising, the house has a swimming pool, temperature-controlled wine room, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Property records show that a private entity, Vision Crest Consulting Group, bought the property on Dec. 12, 2014, for $4.85-million (Canadian).
