The TSX Venture Exchange gained three points to close at 589.16 Thursday. Sheldon Pollack and Adam Adamou's first capital pool shell, OV2 Investment 1 Inc. (OVO: halted), has revised the terms of its qualifying transaction with Freightera Logistics Inc. Specifically, the QT terms now include a rollback for the shell. OV2 Investment will roll back 1 for 5.22739, leaving it with 2.2 million shares issued, then issue 19 million shares to Freightera's shareholders.
Freightera is a five-year-old tech firm in Vancouver. It operates a website where companies can get freight transport quotes and book freight transport services by truck or rail within Canada or the United States. Freightera points out that its website users can choose low-emission freight transport options. (Three days ago, we discussed a QT involving a Toronto ride-sharing app developer that likewise boasts of letting each customer choose a low-emission option, that is, an electric or hybrid car.)
