Bryant Pike has filed a
preliminary prospectus to list his first capital pool shell, Brachium Capital Corp. It plans to sell a
$250,000 to $400,000 initial public offering at 10 cents through PI Financial Corp.
Mr. Pike, 40, is an accountant living in Richmond, B.C. He previously spent six years with Ernst & Young LLP in positions including senior manager for the Canadian media and entertainment group. From 2008 to 2017, he was the chief financial officer of a Vancouver animation and film production company, Wow Unlimited Media Inc. (WOW: $0.65), formerly called Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. While he was there, the stock traded up to $2.75 in 2008, shortly after Rainmaker remade itself into a corporation from an income fund. From 2010 to 2016, however, the stock spent most of its time between 10 and 55 cents. In December, 2016, Rainmaker rolled back 1 for 10 and changed its name to Wow Unlimited.
