(PLB), with a $200,000 initial public offering at 10 cents. Its IPO agent was Haywood Securities Inc. Not unusually for a shell, PLB Capital did not trade today.
Mr. Perone is a lawyer in Vancouver. He is the secretary and general counsel for TAG Oil Ltd. (TAO: $0.355), an oil and gas producer in New Zealand and Australia. He is also the chief executive officer of an NEX shell, Coronado Resources Ltd. (CRD: halted), a former Montana copper-gold explorer that went out of favour among investors and is now working on a cryptocurrency deal. We discussed the deal in the Shell Summary for Oct. 16, 2018.
