The TSX Venture Exchange rose 4.70 points to 627.77 Friday, ending the week up 9.69 points. Peter Bures's capital pool shell, Antler Hill Mining Ltd. (AHM: halted), has submitted a filing statement for its qualifying transaction, which is the acquisition of two mineral exploration properties in San Juan province, Argentina. The first property, Cerro Blanco, is a copper-gold-molybdenum property covering 12,830 hectares. It will be the focus of the resulting issuer's near-term exploration. The second property, Amiches, is a gold-silver property covering 1,015 hectares. It is considered an immaterial property for now.

To acquire both properties, Antler Hill must pay $1-million (U.S.) and issue 1.8 million shares over seven years. The portion due on closing of the QT comprises $100,000 (U.S.) and 900,000 shares. The remaining 900,000 shares will not be due until the second anniversary of the QT. Antler Hill had $449,025 in its treasury on Sept. 30, 2018, so it should have no trouble making the cash payment due on closing. It will, however, need to raise money for its resulting issuer's exploration and other expenses; before the QT can close, Antler Hill must sell a $750,000 to $1.5-million private placement at 10 cents. It has 18,765,000 shares issued.
