The TSX Venture Exchange closed up 5.11 points to 781.23 Friday, but it ended the month up only 4.38 points. Moe Dilon's halted capital pool shell, Wangton Capital Corp. (WT), has identified the director nominees for its resulting issuer. For the shell's qualifying transaction, it is acquiring a Serbian mining junior called Taor DOO (Taor LLC). The shell, which has 9,605,083 shares issued, will issue eight million shares to Taor's sole beneficial owner, Dr. Radomir Vukcevic. On closing of the acquisition, the resulting issuer will be called Euro Zinc Mining Corp.

Taor has two lead-zinc-silver exploration projects, which cover a combined 100 square kilometres in Raska, Serbia. Near the company's projects, but not covered by its exploration licences, are two lead-zinc mines that were in operation until 2002. Taor has applied for mining permits for those two mines. On receipt of those permits, Euro Zinc will issue three million shares to Dr. Vukcevic. Then, on completion of a technical report for Taor's two exploration projects as well as the two mines, Euro Zinc will issue seven million shares to Dr. Vukcevic. Finally, on completion of a dream sheet (formally called a preliminary economic assessment), Euro Zinc will issue another seven million shares to Dr. Vukcevic.
