The TSX Venture Exchange fell 4.04 points to 771.16 Wednesday. Scott Paterson's shell graduate, QYOU Media Inc. (QYOU), lost one-half cent to close at 41 cents on 244,867 shares. Brad Loiselle's shell graduate, BetterU Education Corp. (BTRU), rose eight cents to 30 cents on 91,526 shares. Both companies went public in March, 2017, through NEX shells. Today, QYOU and BetterU provided operations updates, both involving India.

QYOU is a video content provider based in Dublin. It searches the Internet for videos that it can sell, and then it acquires rights to sell those videos. Its customers include Tele2 AB, the operator of a television channel in the Netherlands; ShowMax BV, which offers an on-line video subscription service (like Netflix) in Africa; Lufthansa Systems GmbH & Co. KG, which provides inflight entertainment; and Buffalo Wild Wings, a U.S. sports bar and restaurant chain that shows sports-related videos on its TV screens. QYOU is not yet profitable.
