The TSX Venture Exchange lost 8.12 points to 707.75 Tuesday. There are no new shell deals to discuss today. Vance Loeber's shell graduate, Nickel One Resources Inc. (NNN: $0.10), has released drill results from its Tyko project in Northwestern Ontario. The assays include 1.03 per cent nickel over 13.42 metres, 2.12 per cent nickel over 3.15 metres and 4.71 per cent nickel over 0.87 metre.
Nickel One went public in February, 2016, through an eight-year-old capital pool shell. The shell was listed by Wayne McNeal in December, 2007, under the name Benzai Capital Corp. It sold an $800,000 initial public offering of shares at 20 cents. Mr. McNeal, a pilot, is a former senior economist for Transport Canada. These days, he is a West Vancouver corporate consultant, mostly to airlines. He has listed no other shells, and neither has he been a director of any other public company. He resigned from Benzai Capital in July, 2011, after one failed qualifying transaction attempt.
