by Stockwatch Business Reporter

The TSX Venture Exchange started the shortened week by declining a fraction to 694.99. Praveen Varshney's halted capital pool shell, Genview Capital Corp. (GVW), plans to acquire Dharma Distributors Ltd., doing business as Hempco Canada Superfoods, as its qualifying transaction.

Genview will roll back 1:2, which will leave it with 4.2 million postconsolidated shares, and then issue 20 million postconsolidated shares to the two shareholders of Dharma, Charles Holmes and his sister, Angela Holmes. Dharma sells and distributes hemp seed food products such as protein powders, meal replacements, omega oils etc. The company claims sales were more than $4-million in the last 12 months, but so far it has provided no other financial details, audited or unaudited. Mr. Holmes is the president of Hempco and also a public speaker who can be watched this evening on a live-streaming workshop titled, "How to Heal and Balance your Body by Rebalancing your PH." He will presumably talk about all the great things that hemp products, notably Hempco hemp products, can do for your health. His wife, Wind Walrath, also wrote a book of recipes using hemp seeds, titled Conscious Kitchen: Rejuvenation Through Feeding the Body and Soul.

Be careful of bringing in your family, friends and business associates into the BC capital markets. Here's a case where BCSC and rest of the regulators first approved everyting and then went after the entire group like a bunch of hugury wolves on a hunt. Here's a part of the case where BCSC with held over 567 pertinent records. read it for yourself. copy and paste the url: https://www.oipc.bc.ca/orders/1760 and read paragraph 13 and the conclusion. Or go to BC OIPC website and read ORDER F15-08 and ORDER F14-24. The Applicant in both of these orders is Thal Poonian. In order to conclude the file against TP, BCSC intentionally with held evidence? How is this a fair process? or an obejective process? or a transparent process? BC actually means "bring cash" to BC and leave it here for the regulators to squander it. Due your DD. These Capital Pool companies are not what they seem to be.
