The TSX Venture Exchange slipped 1.95 points to 683.65 Wednesday. Todd Hilditch's new capital pool shell, Riley Resources Corp. (RLY), will arrive on the TSX-V tomorrow, the first capital pool shell to list in 2015. Haywood Securities Inc. sold the shell's $200,000 initial public offering of two million shares at 10 cents. Including Riley, there are now 148 capital pool companies on the TSX-V and the NEX, of which 38 are halted, 41 are suspended and 69 are trading, many of which are available for a qualifying transaction.

Riley has 4.8 million shares in escrow that sold at five cents. Mr. Hilditch, a long-time Vancouver shell-packager and stock promoter, is the shell's chief executive officer and largest shareholder with one million escrow shares. We wrote about Mr. Hilditch and the Riley shell in the Shell Summary for Dec. 29, 2014, after the shell had filed its final prospectus. Mr. Hilditch has listed two other capital pool shells, Rock Capital Corp. and Landen Capital Corp., both of which were successes for his IPO shareholders.
