(YRI) was down four cents to $3.29 on 3.54 million shares.
Michael England and Gordon Zelko's Sunvest Minerals Corp. (SSS) added two cents to 11.5 cents on 2.01 million shares on word that it has received assays of up to 245 grams of gold per tonne across 1.5 metres from chip sampling an its Clone gold project in northwestern British Columbia. (In September, Sunvest acquired an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in Clone from Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO: $0.18) and Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (SVG: $0.075).) The sparkling zone was a part of a 7.5-metre-long sample that averaged 101 grams per tonne. Sunvest's crew also grabbed rock samples about 250 metres to the northwest near the edge of a retreating glacier. Those tests assayed as high as 101 grams of gold per tonne, boosting the potential for new discoveries on the Clone property.
