Don Dudek's Savary Gold Corp. (SCA), up one cent to nine cents on 314,000 shares, has received assays of up to 19.91 grams of gold per tonne over two metres at its Karankasso joint venture in Burkina Faso. (Andrew Dinning and Sean Harvey's Sarama Resources Ltd. (SWA: $0.215) holds a 30.5-per-cent interest in the project.) The assays are from another 41 holes of a 9,500-metre, 92-hole drill program spread across several zones on the property. The high-grade hit occurred in the Diosso South zone, one of three key areas that Savary is seeking to expand its resource estimate.
