Vancouver's Brent Pierce has dropped the case that he filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in which he claimed that he lost millions in a mortgage fraud. He has also asked that the judge remove injunctions he obtained as part of the case. Those injunctions effectively barred the sale of two properties, one in West Vancouver and the other in Surrey.

The end of the case comes in a brief application that Mr. Pierce filed on Monday, Oct. 17, at the Vancouver courthouse. The document requests that the judge dismiss the matter, without costs to any party, as if there had been a hearing on the merits. The application brings a sudden conclusion to a mortgage dispute that was far from ordinary.

Howard Mickelson of Gundmundseth Mickelson LLP represents BCSC all the time. Is this not a direct conflict of interest?

Howard Mickelson of Gundmundseth Mickelson LLP represented BCSC when BCSC intentionally with held evidence. Here is the OIPC Order F15-08. Copy and paste the url, read it and be the judge. https://www.oipc.bc.ca/orders/1760

If any director or officer of public company intentionally with held or helped someone to with hold evidence they would be put behind bars by our system, but here all these people involved are still walking free.

We have become a banana republic justice system.

IS BCSC A SHAM?

Is BCSC a Sham? Read the press release from Mountainstar Gold and be the judge. http://www.bcsctruthmovement.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Mountain-Star-Gold-Press-Release.pdf

This press release names BCSC employees in a criminal case in Chile.

Is BCSC a Sham? Another interesting Fact. 15 years ago we had 17 investment banks based from BC, today we have 2 based in BC. If BCSC under Hyndham and continued the same policies under Brenda Leong were for the benefit of all British Columbians then why did we not have a single new investment bank open in BC in the last 15 years?

The only one that opened was Jordan Capital which shut down as quickly as it opened up.

Should the staff at BCSC not be held accountable for killing an entire industry in 15 years? or is accountability, transparency, and objectivity only apply to public company boards and officers, while the staff at BCSC can throw out the rule book?

What you don't need are people who just go out and scam the public they need to be barred from markets world wide

I agree with you but you also need a government body to follow due course process such as disclosure, transparency, objective decision makers. Otherwise the government body just evolves into a government sanctioned mafia styleoutfit. only difference being once uses a gun to settle it's score while the government body uses a pen to give a life sentence of poverty.

Good luck investing. Remember one thing only the bureaucrats are guaranteed to make money in the public markets in up or down markets and then get a pension at the end. Brenda Leong CEO of BCSC is the second highest paid bureaucrat out of 77,000 BC government employees. Ironically the highest paid is the CEO of BC Lottery Corp. So BCLC says spend and lose all your money and dont have to hold no one accountable but BCSC says if that same British Columbian wants to invest 5000 in a junior stock on the TSX.v they have to sign 50 docs with the broker and even then can sue the broker if the person loses money.

Should BCSC bureaucrats not be held accountable for killing an entire industry?

Watch this youtube video of BCSC employees being served documents to appear in front of a judge in Chile to answer questions about Barrick Gold. If they do not appear then the summons is converted into a global arrest warrant. True to the end just like school yard bullies, all they could respond with was we are going to to do a compelled interview on Nov 18. FYI this case has been on going since 1998 and just now you wish to do a compelled interview.
