A judge in the Supreme Court of British Columbia has denied a petition filed by Brent Pierce related to mortgage fraud, at least for now. The judge has determined that Mr. Pierce has provided too few details of the alleged fraud to allow the matter to proceed. The missing details include an explanation of how Mr. Pierce is the beneficial owner of the mortgages, which he says are worth $11.5-million.

The ruling, released on Tuesday, May 3, comes as part of a case in which Mr. Pierce claimed to be the victim of a fraud perpetrated by his second cousin, Gary Clark. He said that Mr. Clark released mortgages that his family trust indirectly held over two properties, one in Surrey and the other in West Vancouver. Mr. Clark released the mortgages for no apparent reason and did so without permission, Mr. Pierce contended.

The dispute landed before Madam Justice Susan Griffin, who has rejected Mr. Pierce's petition primarily because the details he has provided are too vague. There is no evidence of how the mortgages came to be or what their business purpose may have been. The relationship between the property owners and Mr. Pierce is also unclear, the judge has determined.

Its funny how this is reported. Greg Clark the FRAUDSTER did not show up!!!.. Pierce is given standing in the matter. The matter is back in court in the next few days with all the background information required..

@plaintiff

"FRAUDSTER!!!"???

Whew, plaintiff, as a like-named entity posted just 10 short days ago, "Hey shoes! The reason you have to disclose your identity on Stockwatch is because I sued them.. Keep it up!!!!!".

What's going to stop Gary Clark from going to court, asking that Stockwatch disclose YOUR identity...and then suing YOU?

While this whole Chalice, 0948490 B.C. Ltd, Brent Pierce and Shannon Gelbard matter seems convoluted and complicated, libel is libel, is often mighty easy to prove...and a million or so could heal the hurt suffered from "punched him in anger".

Interesting web of relationships;

Pierce owns Chalice.

Chalice tied to Scott Gelbard through West Vancouver mortgage.

Then who is living in the Surrey mortgage tied to Chalice? Iqbal Saran perhaps? One of Gelbards known associates that lives in Surrey (iHub)?

Inquiring minds looking forward to seeing what business purposes Pierce will elaborate on for the court
