WESTERN FINANCIAL GROUP DECLARES DIVIDENDS

Western Financial Group Inc. has declared the following dividends.

First preferred shares, Series 3

Western Financial will pay a dividend of $3.375 per share on June 15, 2012, to the holders of record as of June 1, 2012.

First preferred shares, Series 4

Western Financial will pay a dividend of $3.375 per share on June 15, 2012, to the holders of record as of June 1, 2012.

All dividends are designated as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any similar provincial and territorial legislation.
