Vangold Resources Ltd.'s Stanley Huntingford has resigned as chief financial officer to focus his full attention on Vanoil Energy Ltd.

Vangold has accepted the resignation and wishes to thank Mr. Huntingford for his years of service on behalf of the company. Vangold is already in discussions with several qualified individuals to join the company as CFO.
