The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing U.S. Oil Sands Inc.'s proposal to issue 500,000 warrants having an exercise price of 40 cents per share having a term until June 30, 2013, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated July 6, 2011, as amended Sept. 30, 2011.

The company shall issue a news release when the warrants are issued.
